A Powerful Warrior Is An Ordinary Being With Extraordinary Focus
We have been spending a lot of time in our classes on developing focus - focusing our eyes and our minds on a fixed point during warmups to engage our capacity to hold that focus. As archers, our ability to hold our focus can assist us in the range, during competition, and also in our everyday world.
There is so much competition for our focus. Developing the ability to choose what we focus on and for how long becomes an extremely powerful tool for success. Whatever we focus on grows and develops, whether that is improving a certain skill set, public speaking, eating healthier foods, or sharpening our score on the range.
My prayer is that the practice of focusing your arrow placement on the range is overlapping with the attainment of your goals off the range.

The range is busy! We are always greeting new faces and spreading the enjoyment of the art and sport of archery. As the weather starts to get warmer, think about how you would like to participate in the spring and summer! We have adult and youth teams, and summer camps will be announced soon! Stay tuned!

Full or part-time positions are open. No experience is required.
Are you a full-time parent with school-age children? A teenager looking for a flexible job after school and on weekends? A retiree who would enjoy spending time in the outdoors? Or are you just plain interested in being around archery in a paid position? Hours are 11 am-8 pm, 7 days/week. Atlanta Archery Club is a USA Archery-affiliated club. USA Archery membership is required to receive achievement pins & to participate in USA Archery events. Events run year-round for both JOAD & Adult members at various locations across the country. When signing up for events, you will be prompted to list your affiliated club - please be sure to list us! Sign up or renew your membership here If you haven't already, join our JOAD Club or our Adult Club & Start earning your pins & awards! Our adults love competing just as much as our youth archers!
