Archery and Forgiveness
There is a very attainable jump in skill level within the practice of archery in the area of forgiveness. When one holds onto a grudge, towards another person or ourselves, as in "what bad end of arrows" we tie up our valuable energy focusing on what happened in the past (which we have no control over) preventing us to focus on the present moment which we do have control over.
The practice of archery is unique in that we literally get to practice letting go, setting free the tension in our body and mind.
Forgiveness frees the forgiver, so let's practice forgiving ourselves for the last end of arrows to be free to focus on the present set of arrows and any target you are currently focusing on.
