USA Archery Membership is required to participate in pin shoots and tournaments.

Saturdays are reserved for both JOAD Club and Team members, with a focus on the archer's technique and form using the NTS (National Training System) shot cycle flow.

Tuesday's focus is centered around improving mental toughness, a skill that is valuable in both competition and life. Archers will learn and practice the Mental Management System. Breathing techniques will be taught and practiced, and each archer will work with Coach Yale to develop tournament preparation and training plans. Each archer will learn more about archery equipment and maintenance.
